10.1 pk364 strictly prohibits registration by or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21, and we employ active age verification measures during registration and at periodic intervals during the account lifecycle.
10.2 If a parent or guardian believes that a person under 21 has registered on or used pk364, they should contact pk364 support immediately. Upon verification, pk364 will: (a) immediately close the account; (b) delete all personal data associated with the minor; (c) return any deposited funds to the payment method used, where technically feasible; and (d) void any winnings generated by the minor's use of the Platform.
10.3 pk364 recommends that parents and guardians of teenagers use parental control software to restrict access to online gambling websites and applications. pk364 supports initiatives that help protect minors from exposure to gambling content.
11.1 pk364 is an internationally operated platform and your personal data may be processed in countries other than Pakistan, including the jurisdiction in which pk364 holds its gaming licence and the locations of our third-party service providers.
