Legal Agreement
The following Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between pk364 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses or uses the pk364 platform, website, mobile application, or any related service. By creating an account or using any pk364 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using pk364 immediately.
1.1 These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between pk364 and you with respect to your use of the pk364 platform. They supersede all prior representations, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
1.2 By accessing the pk364 website at pk364.org, downloading the pk364 mobile application, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on pk364, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Acceptance is deemed complete upon the earlier of: (a) clicking the acceptance checkbox during the registration process; (b) depositing funds into your pk364 wallet; or (c) placing your first bet or game wager.
1.3 pk364 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. 2.1 Access to pk364 and registration of an account is strictly limited to natural persons who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
2.2 pk364 operates a mandatory age verification programme. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current identity documentation upon request, including but not limited to: national identity card (CNIC/NICOP), passport, or other government-issued identification acceptable to pk364.

2.4 If pk364 determines that a registered player is under 21 years of age: (a) the account will be immediately and permanently closed; (b) all deposits made by the minor will be returned to the payment method used for deposit where technically feasible; (c) any winnings generated by the minor's play are void and will not be paid out; (d) any bonuses credited to the minor's account are void and cancelled.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on pk364. The operation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. pk364 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any associated balances or winnings in the event of a violation of this provision.
3.2 Registration Information. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify pk364 promptly of any changes.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk364 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree: (a) never to share your login credentials with any third party; (b) to use a unique, strong password not used on any other platform; (c) to notify pk364 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Liability for Account Activity. pk364 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your registered account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be your sole responsibility, except in cases of demonstrably unauthorised access reported to pk364 in accordance with Clause 3.3(c) above.
3.5 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed dormant. pk364 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant account balances as notified on the pk364 website. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without prior notice.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk364 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and 1LINK. This list is subject to change. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method remains active and in their own name.
4.2 Currency. All pk364 wallet balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by pk364. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player's payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. pk364 may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are displayed on the pk364 website and within the account settings. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted for verified VIP players.
4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the pk364 wallet within thirty (30) seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) to six (6) hours. pk364 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. 4.7 Chargebacks. Players agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals with their payment provider for any deposit made to pk364. Any chargeback attempt may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and recovery action by pk364 for any amounts unlawfully reversed.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game category on pk364 — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and fishing games — is governed by specific game rules accessible within the platform. These specific rules are supplementary to and consistent with these Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets on pk364 are subject to acceptance by pk364. A bet is not confirmed until acknowledged by the pk364 system and reflected in your account's bet history. pk364 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including errors in odds, pricing, or game parameters.
5.3 Cricket Betting Specifics. PSL, ICC, and other cricket betting markets on pk364 are governed by the rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. Markets settled in accordance with official tournament results shall be final, subject only to the error correction provisions in Clause 5.2.
5.4 Fair Play Obligation. You agree to use pk364 for personal entertainment only and to conduct yourself in good faith. The use of software robots, automated betting scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, arbitrage strategies, matched betting techniques, or any other method designed to exploit the platform or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
5.5 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game freeze, or system error during any game session, the affected round shall be void. pk364 shall credit your account with the wager amount for any voided round. No further compensation is payable.
5.6 Live Casino Conduct. Players using live dealer tables agree to treat dealers and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct in live casino chat features may result in temporary or permanent suspension of live casino access.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions. Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms: (a) bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal eligibility is triggered; (b) only bets on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements; (c) bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit; (d) maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds may apply.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. pk364 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has: (a) provided false information to obtain a bonus; (b) opened duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome offers; (c) used wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; (d) participated in any coordinated bonus abuse scheme.

7.1 pk364 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, and pk364 strongly discourages gambling with funds that cannot be afforded to be lost, or gambling as a means to address financial problems.
7.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all registered pk364 players at no cost: (a) Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts; (b) Session Time Reminders — receive alerts when a specified session duration has elapsed; (c) Reality Checks — periodic on-screen notifications of session time and net position; (d) Cooling-Off Periods — temporary restriction of account activity for a defined period; (e) Self-Exclusion — permanent or time-limited restriction of account access.
7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude must contact pk364 support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. pk364 will take all reasonable steps to ensure that a self-excluded player is not permitted to re-register during the exclusion period. 7.4 Protection of Third Parties. You agree not to allow any third party, including family members, to access pk364 through your account. This is of particular importance with respect to persons who may have gambling-related problems or who are under 21 years of age.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk364 and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in criminal referral to appropriate authorities:
9.1 All content on the pk364 platform — including but not limited to the pk364 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software and code, game content, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of pk364 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk364 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pk364 content.
9.3 Unauthorised use of any pk364 intellectual property — including copying, reproducing, or distributing pk364 brand materials — may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
10.1 pk364 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk364 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk364 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from platform unavailability or technical malfunction; (b) any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage; (c) any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the pk364 website; (d) any unauthorised third-party access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk364's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitations are not permitted by law.
10.4 pk364's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's pk364 wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your pk364 account at any time by contacting pk364 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
11.2 Suspension by pk364. pk364 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been accessed by or shared with an unauthorised third party; (c) suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity has occurred; (d) you have provided false information during registration or verification.
11.3 Balance on Suspension. In cases of suspension for breach of these Terms, pk364 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding wallet balance pending investigation. Where the suspension is confirmed as a result of prohibited activity, pk364 may forfeit the relevant balance. Where no breach is substantiated, outstanding balances will be returned in full.
11.4 Right of Appeal. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended may submit an appeal by contacting pk364 support. pk364 will review the appeal within fifteen (15) business days of receipt and communicate the outcome in writing to the registered email address.
12.1 pk364 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document.
12.2 Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or by prominent display on the pk364 platform. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Agreement) may be made without specific notification.
12.3 Your continued use of pk364 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using pk364 and may close your account in accordance with Clause 11.1.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk364 holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute relating to your account, a bet, or any pk364 service, you should first contact pk364 support. pk364 commits to providing a substantive written response to any formal dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
13.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through pk364's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body applicable under pk364's international gaming licence. 13.4 Time Limit for Claims. Any claim or dispute arising from your use of pk364 must be raised within six (6) months of the date on which the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims raised outside this limitation period are hereby barred.
